International Sculptor Seppo Aarnos

Reared in Finland, International Sculptor Seppo Aarnos, B.A., M.A., brings his European influence to life with a lighted torch and forged steel.  His individual style is diametrically distinct to any existing art movement.  Some works even leave the feeling of existential isolationism.

The viewer is allowed to see...to imagine...to experience, but not to interfere.  Sculpture originals by Seppo are found in homes, businesses and public locations throughout 24 of the United States plus locations as diverse as Finland, Sweden, Canada, Australia and Mexico.  Active studio since 1962.

Art and technology are fused.  The past and present are united.  And the impulsive, yet controlled, forms convey realism, abstract modernism or surrealistic art in new and imaginative ways.

• Specializing in metal sculpture utilizing cor-ten and stainless steel.
• Private collectors in 24 of the United States, plus Finland, Sweden, Canada, Australia and Mexico.
• Active studio since 1962.
• Indoor and outdoor, public and private, business and individual collections.

Artistic Style
Diametrically distinct to any existing movement. Cold sheets of steel are transformed into imaginative, often humorous, pieces which employ fluid use of mass and space. The viewer is allowed to see, to experience and to be mentally involved with the creations.
